Consistency -- and interactive approach. I can call if I see issues or talk with my Service Technician when I see him. I also like the results. Because we have established the perimeter with you, any time we see a roach from outside make it in the house, they are usually dying. It's evidence to me that the Service is working. i have not seen a roach in our garage in over 2 years. I have done some minimal things in the garage to assist, but Northwest has handled the outside -- and it is working.
