Josh did a great job on sealing for the rats, except for the dryer vent on the back deck on the back wall of the house near the back door. They are great with communicating, letting us know exactly when they will be there, always friendly when come to the house. And I love how much they love our dog. The gentleman that came just the other day left a dog bone for our big guy and it was the sweetest thing! Northwest has also been so helpful whenever we have questions or concerns!
