I will say that James so that he was the right person to handle our the issue we were faced with. He showed that he had the knowledge required to under the the issue and came with a sound plan to solve it. He also took the time to talk to the homeowners that was dealing with issue and gave confidence that it would acted on and resolved

Really appreciate the timeliness and communication of technicians. James called in advance to confirm timing, and beyond confirming adjusted timing within the appt window when I mentioned I’d possibly still be on a meeting. Also appreciate that he listened to the particular challenges we were having around ants and addressed that in addition to just standard treatment, as well as provided guidance on cautions to take for my pup per treatment areas.
