I have consistently had good service from Northwest over the years. Dvante James introduced himself as my new service representative and gave me his card. He was polite and friendly and asked me a few questions about my regular service and any issues I was having before he started the service. Since this is an individual who will now be treating my home on a regular schedule, this was a great start.
