I like the interaction with actual PEOPLE. For example… 1) When I call, a receptionist answers the phone and SPEAKS SINCERELY TO ME…I never hear the words blurred together because they’ve said it 5,000 times and lost awareness of what the greeting even means. I also appreciate not having to maneuver through an automated phone menu. 2) The tech actually calls to tell me when they are arriving soon. That’s a really beautiful and considerate thing to do. Interactions with people such as this is old fashioned by today’s standards, but it’s so refreshing to experience real customer service. Thank you! PS: The pest control is effective, too!
