I like the interaction with actual PEOPLE. For example…
1) When I call, a receptionist answers the phone and SPEAKS SINCERELY TO ME…I never hear the words blurred together because they’ve said it 5,000 times and lost awareness of what the greeting even means. I also appreciate not having to maneuver through an automated phone menu.
2) The tech actually calls to tell me when they are arriving soon. That’s a really beautiful and considerate thing to do.
Interactions with people such as this is old fashioned by today’s standards, but it’s so refreshing to experience real customer service.
