There is a large variety of programs and activities. They are at different times of the day and on different days of the week. No matter what your athletic abilities are, you can find a program that suits you.
I like there are numerous things to do as well as many different classes. I like to ride handicap access bike. It allows me to sit lower and does hurt my right knee.
I use machines & stretching areas & track only. I would love to do p'ball, but needs to start by 8 or 9 am. I would play for an hour or two. There needs to be a monitor to make sure players rotate in fairly, like Al at Piedmont Y.
