Very clean facility and equipment. There is always something to do. It’s not too far from the house. With the growing communities in the area I’m glad they are building a bigger facility.
I have been a member of AOA (Active Older Adults) since my retirement in January, 2016. I have met so many wonderful people in my exercise classes and formed some lasting friendships. My 2 instructors, Donna and Amy, are the very best and these 2 are instrumental in seeing that we get to do other fun activities each month. Recommend the AOA program to anyone 50 and older--you will absolutely LOVE it!
I love Amy's classes.
Cardio Power and her Zumba classes.
Keeps me interested and GREAT workouts. Also a way to meet new people!
I want to stay active.
Everyone there seems to be very friendly and helpful.
The Silver Sneakers class is very good for me. Keeps me able to do things I probably would not be able to do if not for the class. I am 86 and still able to do yard care and activities to care for home and family. Shopping and cooking and cleaning. If I were to fall, I can get up with no assistance; unlike my sister who is 10 years younger who is diabetic.. And I enjoy the fellowship with the class members. And, Donna, who is a great leader. She makes the class fun while improving our health and strength. I look forward to the luncheon at month end. Janet
