I love it that they're open at 5AM and the people manning the desk are always so cheerful and helpful. It makes it a pleasure to come in the morning.
I also like the number of exercise equipment and that when a machine breaks down, it is quickly fixed.
The instructors are really good and my grandson has gained confidence in the water. The program works on safety skills (like only entering the water after gaining permission from an adult and practicing climbing out of the side of the pool, etc.). When we started lessons, my grandson was terrified. He is now jumping off the side of the pool into our arms and learning progressions such as kicking and bubble blowing.
I appreciate how our swim lesson instructor worked one-on-one with my daughter and gave her confidence in the water. After lessons were over, our instructor shared with me how she did and what they worked on and progress that was made.
My daughter is in the Level 3 Water Stamina group. The last couple of weeks I noticed the instructors were more confident in their teachings. I would lie to see the kids use less floats on their back which would cause them to use their arms and legs more. I feel the kids rely too much on the floats when trying to do exercises.
I like how the swim classes were split up into levels this time.
I enjoyed watching my daughter interact with other kids in her swim group and their groups after their lessons when the water splash equipment was turned on for a few minutes. It brought joy to the kids and also helped them to interact with each other after the water was turned off.
