The ONLY thing I truly dislike about the salon is the hair washing chair and basin. I dread that part of the whole experience. The chair and basin is the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in my entire life. I’m also aware that many others feel the same way. And it doesn’t matter if the person is short or tall, the pain felt in the neck and back is absolutely awful. It’s unfortunate that the great job the stylists do with hair is looked upon with 10mins of dread having to have one’s hair washed…… Please ask your stylists if they have their hair washed in them, what do they think. Please please please update the chairs and wash basins
