I find the customer service top notch. They email you and send you text messages before coming for a service visit, so you know when exactly they are going to show up. So soon as they are done with the service, the technician texts you to let you know what was done. The email they send out after the service visit is completed, lists the breakdown of what was seen, done and what needs to happen next. Very efficient lawn care service. Love the email updates on newer protocols and new services offered.
