Just bought my second Trek bike in 14 years and I love it. The customer service at this store is tremendous, from the purchasing of the bike to the excellent tune-ups and bike repair. I wouldn't buy my bike anyplace else.

The staff was knowledgeable about what repairs needed on the bike then refunded me money because they couldn’t do it and also realized that I didn’t have two gear cables. I took in an old bike that I bought off marketplace and they made it look pretty new.
