Really great service in looking at and deciding on a bike for my son. Then they went and gave the bike a once over to make sure it was good to go. I had gotten one from Walmart and Academy Sports before and you just get what you get. One had a flat tire by the time I got it home. Nothing is tight, etc. totally different at Trek.

I was hoping to find a local bike shop to peruse, and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly folks at Trek Bicycle O'Fallon (LBS). I had brought my bicycle up with me and had some time to find a nice trail or park for a relaxing ride and I was looking for shorts & a shirt or jersey. No pressure was put up on me, I was shown the products available and after a quick try-on, I made my decision to buy. Great selection, nice prices and I left a happy customer. Thanks for a great LBS experience. No wonder this shop gets great reviews, I highly recommend them. By the way, Quail Ridge Park was a hidden gem and a nice bicycle ride if anybody's looking! 👍
