Fast and easy. You've VASTLY improved the experience. It's more seamless and works MUCH better than two years ago and way better than last year. Best of all, the shuttle showed up within minutes and the parking readers worked quickly so I was in fast and out even faster.

Ease of getting to the airport. What I don’t like is how hard it is to use credits when trying to book a reservation.

Scan in was easy and pick up at car was quick. From entering the yard at 5:40 to the terminal curb was less than 15 minutes. Returning to the airport from call to cat was about 30 minutes. We were the third car to be dropped off.
