The ease and efficiency of use. Both the app, check-in, parking, shuttle, and check-out.

I like everything about it. The staff is friendly and professional. I feel safe parking there because it is very well lit and I am picked up and dropped off right at my car. The shuttle comes almost immediately to take me to the airport and there often is little to no wait for it at the airport.

The Parking Spot is located very near the airport and a shuttle is always available when you arrive. Scheduling is easy, loading is easy, and they are usually 5-10 minutes away from picking you up when you return. I will always use The Parking Spot when I travel.

Everything! From the ease at which I can make online reservations, the cleanliness of your facilities (the covered parking area) to the friendliness and helpfulness of your shuttle drivers are all top notch. I have been using Park n' Fly (The Parking Spot) for many years. Totally pleased.
