Randy and his staff are great at providing help and information. This is fifth bike I have bought from him and the new Townie GO S is an amazing electric bike. Trek quality is second to none but it is nice knowing that when a repair is needed they are very good at it. Secondly they are a low pressure sales environment. Answer questions, take a test ride whatever you need to make a decision. I like neighborhood business’s and this is a great one.
