Came in with my son to get a replacement tire and tube for his fixed gear bike. The mechanic took the time to explain the different tire options for his riding style and never tried to upsell us. My son originally wanted a more expensive tire, but the mechanic honestly explained that he would burn through it quickly and would be better off with a less expensive option. Really appreciated the honesty and excellent customer service.

I took my bike in because of a flat tire, and they were super helpful. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, and knew exactly what they were doing. They fixed the tire quickly and made sure everything looked good before I left. The whole experience felt honest and professional, and I definitely left happy. I’d absolutely come back again and recommend this place to others.
