I didn't know what I was walking into when I brought my daughter's bike in to be repaired. I guess I was, at least, expecting an outrageous bill at the end. I was INCREDIBLY surprised when that was not the case. I was given a rough estimate at the very beginning and received a phone call shortly after the bike was dropped off explaining what was going on! The repair was quick and the price was very reasonable. They seem to be a great company and I plan on returning for any new repairs and new bikes when my girls outgrow their current ones.
