I enjoyed the vast amount of information that was shared by Oliver during my first visit to their store....I came for oil for my chain but left with a wealth of knowledge on a multitude of topics.....I highly recommend a visit regardless of your level of enthusiasm whether for traditional bikes or electric bikes. I had an amazing experience with this shop! From the moment I walked in, the team took their time to show me around and really understand what I was looking for. They let me test multiple bikes to make sure I found the perfect fit, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire ordering process, they kept me updated every step of the way, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Everyone there was super nice, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I’m extremely happy with my bike and couldn’t recommend this store more. Great service all around!

One time several years ago I was dead broke, got a flat and begged the owner to hook me up despite not having 2 nickels to rub together. I made sure to stop by the next time I actually had money and I paid for the inner tube plus labor and picked up a few extra tubes and I'm basically ride or die for y'all now.

Excellent, very knowledgeable service. Randy and his team are leading cycling experts in Central Florida! Always on point. I’ve been coming here for years and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone of all levels of cycling. I was impressed with the new team member James who took charge of my issue and recommended additional service to keep me properly rolling down the trail! Thx guys!

I visited this bicycle workshop and store by now many times since 2021. Some key essential items are limited in range, let's say, wheel and tire sizes. Size diameters such as 20" and 24" for replacement wheels and tires here proved non-existent. However there is a nice selection of two-wheelers and I especially love the big Trek e-bikes with full suspension, especially with full-color displays and I also like lettering on tires for performance bikes. There are several other items I enjoyed after purchase, particularly the Bontrager products. Service? I'd say it is spot on!
