After buying two Trek bikes from them a few years ago, we had our first issue. My wife ran over something which caused a slow leak in one of the tires. I called and they told me to bring it right in, which I did. They analyzed the situation while I waited and had it fixed and I was on my way in a short time. They were polite, attentive to my problem, effective, efficient and the cost was very reasonable. They are sensitive to the fact that people don't want to be without their bicycles. They have a customer for life!

Olivers has been our local go to for bikes ranging from off road bikes to tri bikes for over 20 years. We have bought over 6 bikes from Olivers over these years. All Trek, which last forever if you treat them well and take care of them. Randy, the owner is super knowledgeable and his team are always great to work with. I highly recommend Olivers to anyone looking to start biking or looking for a new bike.

Awesome experience at Oliver’s. I purchased a bike online retailer for my child and assembled it myself and brought it in to have it checked over and activate the manufacturer’s warranty. The mechanic was super helpful, catching a few loose parts I had missed during assembly. He also took the time to explain the bike’s features to my child, which was a nice touch. Definitely a 5-star experience!
