I had not been in the shop for almost 2.5 years because my 3 bikes have been performing well but I was in recently as I needed a new tire and tube on my Trek bike. The personnel there were as always courteous and efficient and even wanted to know, since they were not overwhelmed with work, if I wanted to wait. I had another appointment so I left and as usual, they promptly sent me a text and email when the work was done and I swung by to pick up my bike. At the age of 76, I am not as strong as when I was younger so the personnel took the bike out to my car and loaded it onto the bike rack so I could drive home. I wouldn't go anywhere else for bike repairs or bike advice.
