Kailey is a Master of her craft. She knew what hairstyle I was going for, and even made great suggestions based on my thick, wavy hair to make the style I was hoping for, more flattering. It was refreshing having such down to earth conversation and it allowed me to feel comfortable during my haircut. The neck and hand massages were a bonus. As a teacher's assistant and Mom, it was the kind of pampering I needed. I can't recommend Kailey enough. I especially appreciated all her tips, not just for my hair care, but also for my daughter's curly hair. Just a wonderful experience.
