I Love the facilities that’s been provided. But I will say that more thorough cleaning in the bathrooms and there were bugs in the vitamin C showers and there should be like a repellent in there to repel them away.

All the fitness coaches are great The reception girls working last Thursday though didn’t tend to me and left me standing there for ages, they put there finger up as in to say be there in a minute and then left me standing there which I thought was rude. Luckily a nice guy on the floor who was sitting out in the front helped me. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I have been ignored in the past also by the girls at the reception.

I love the style and themes across the gyms, and the convenience of having multiple locations nearby is a huge plus. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been phenomenal—super friendly and helpful. There’s also an impressive range of classes, and the equipment is top-notch (especially the AI-powered gear at Haymarket—very cool). The only reason it’s a 9/10 and not a perfect 10 is the cleanliness. The gyms never quite feel clean (more specifically the change rooms)—possibly because they’re so busy, and it’s hard to keep up with the traffic. Understandable to some extent, but still something I noticed.
