I was having trouble with my gears falling off and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes free of charge, and helped me find a spare tube and answered my questions nonjudmentally and helpfully.

This is such a welcoming place to bring your bike for a tune up. There is plenty of gear and bikes to look at. Kat, the owner is so friendly and helpful. I am a woman and to be greeted by a woman owner made me feel like I belong in the bike community as well. I'm not that knowledgeable about bikes and repair but it doesn't matter Kat, and her crew of mechanics make you feel comfortable in not knowing what your bike needs. They do, and they will help you to know and understand what your bike needs.

I took my road bike in to have squealing disk brakes repaired. The mechanic did a very thorough job diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed in the most economical way possible. The turnaround time was just one day, which I thought was really good for the middle of summer.
