So why do I rate 110 cycle so well. First off I had purchased my e-bike from them a number of years ago. So every fall the bike demands to be stored at there facility. So while it's stored gets washed and waxed and repairs are noted and if needed upgrades on the computer are made. The bike is ready to go and performs well all summer and through the fall. So why wouldn't I listen to the bike and return it to 110 cycle.

OneTen Cycles is my neighborhood bike shop. I expect excellence from a company. They deliver, as they have great products, knowledgeable service, and a welcoming environment. I especially appreciate how they care about me and my family. As a biker, safety and dependability are a must. It means a great deal that I can have dialogue about my needs and wants, and know I can trust what they tell me. In one case I had a wheel/tire situation that was tough to diagnose. They were persistent and made sure I was fully satisfied. It is refreshing to work with a business in my community, and not a big box, less personal store.

110 Cycles is simply the best bike shop. I'm so lucky that it is close to my home. Kat and her team are wonderful. They keep my bike in tip top shape so that I stay out on the trails. I really like their tune-up program. I get a level 2 every season so that I don't have any trouble with my bike. I couldn't do without them!
