I live well outside the local area for the shop, but after learning they had an item that I couldn’t find locally, I called and ordered it over the phone. The employee I worked with was super friendly and helpful. I would gladly do business with Open Road again!

The people here are friendly and knowledgeable. Open road is a nice clean and organized bike shop. I haven’t owned or ridden a bicycle in decades and needed to start riding for my health. They helped me pick out just the perfect Trek dual sport hybrid. I will be back to purchase more gear and possibly another bike in the near future.

The staff of Open Road were extremely friendly and helpful. When I picked up my bike they took the time to walk me through all the features of the bike, clearly explaining each. They registered the bike with Trek and made sure we had the owner’s manual. This was one of my best buying experiences of any product I’ve had.
