I am one of those people who go to OTF 7-9 times a week. I travel quite a bit and try my best to visit an OTF studio wherever I travel (anywhere in the world). Life is not easy. It is not supposed to be easy. Life is a challenge. I am the founder of a couple of small biotech companies. OTF keeps me disciplined, makes me mentally strong, and pushes me every day to improve and compete better in the world (outside the studio).
The end result is that this pushes me to achieve my long-term goal to, hopefully, one day, find a cure for cancer and serve humanity.

The workout was challenging but doable, and it held my attention. Everyone was welcoming, and the coach offered very helpful feedback, instruction, and motivation throughout. I’m hooked.
I really did enjoy the workout and the staff was extremely welcoming. Sheena was amazing and I would definitely make sure to book with her again. Ultimately, I know trying a free class as a local resident is a way to get you to test the product and will end in a sales pitch, but I think there may be an opportunity to pull back on how sales everything feels especially when packages are expensive. I had a great time otherwise.
Awesome work outs. Awesome coaches and location is great! Group setting work outs have worked great.
Things that could improve - wish I had the ability to cancel on the app. Also wish there was an option for me to choose to do floors first then treadmill.
I am a newer. I am not sure if the plan work out for me or not. But the staff are very nice, professional. The coach whose name is sheena is my first class on 09/11/2023 @ 5:30pm is very good, dedicated. Therefore, I've really loved Orange university
The coaches and staff are amazing and incredibly supportive. The themed workouts are fun, and the normal classes are great in that it’s never the exact same, at least in my experience.
Jen and Caleb were excellent in explaining everything about Orange Theory and answered all of my questions. I had an amazing workout with Caleb as my coach so much that I purchased classes for the future to continue my fitness journey.
I like the class/instruction set-up because it improves accountability and means that I can be confident that what I'm doing is safe and making me stronger.
The workouts are dynamic, efficient, and effective at increasing the heart rate. There's something for everyone, even if you're not a big fan of cardio (like myself).
