It’s easy to go in and not worry about having to think of a workout for myself like a traditional gym. Coaches are awesome and friendly, while still being knowledge and helpful in correcting form. It’s also adaptable for anyone anywhere in their fitness journey.
I love the coaches at the Acworth location. When I signed up for OTF, I liked it so much that I got my sister to come, and she joined. I then asked my husband to to with me, and he joined. Now my brother in law went and joined. We love it there!
I love it! The combo of strength training and cardio is much better than I could do on my own. I love being pushed, the music and the environment. When I miss a work out I get so sad. It's great! I'm addicted!
The variety and mix of movements and the ability to challenge yourself as much as you want. The group environment is really motivating, supportive and fun. The coaches encourage you throughout the guided workout and make sure you are doing things correctly to prevent strain or injury.
The different themed days and specialty workouts keep me interested and coming back for more.
For someone who hasn’t been committed to the gym, Orangetheory is a great way to reacclimate yourself, or just get started. I feel like I am able to modify the workouts, as needed. The environment is very warm and inviting. There is definitely a sense of community there!
OTF uses a varied approach to workouts - endurance, strength, &/or speed - to create individually challenging workouts each class. The coaches are amazing - helping to encourage, challenge, and motivate the class though the workout. It’s an awesome way experience - I definitely get more out of the workouts than I would get on my own.
