I love that I don't have to think about what exercises to do or how many reps to make it beneficial. I can zone out and have someone give me direction to make my hour workout as effective as possible. It allows my mind to let go and just be present.
The challenge and variety. It is not for everyone and I would be bored if I did it daily. I like more varity, sometimes all cardio or all strength training, that is why I purchases passes not a membership.
Instructor/Trainer is energetic, informative, friendly. No thinking involved. Just grinding. 1 hour is a good time, in and out. good mix of exercises giving you a variety of muscle groups every time. The "theory" and science behind it makes sense. Look forward to some results!
The staff is awesome. They don't make it seem like a drag, they always make it sound like they expect me and are happy I'm in. I want to be part of the happy crowd. They are the happy crowd.
Plus the music is always on point.
