I love that I can walk in and my workout is planned for me. I can adjust the intensity to meet my needs or abilities that day, and the instructors guide the workout and make sure we use proper form. Plus, it's fun!
I love that every class has a different routine, so the workouts never get tiresome or boring. The loud music is a great way to let me focus on the workout. Having an instructor has been the biggest reason for personal improvement as they constantly motivate me during workouts and yet let me go at my own pace. I have been loving OTF since I started.
