I like the overall body workout each time. I like the presence of trainers who provide advice on how to hold the weights and modify the activities to fit the fitness level of the individual.
I love the challenge that each class brings. From power days to strength days. Never expected in a lifetime that I would become an avid runner and enjoy it but here I am, almost 2 years later and loving every minute. I also love the atmosphere and the environment that Orange Theory brings to the fitness industry. It's backed by science, proven by results. Your typical gym environment was never something I was able too maintain and keep consistent but OTF brings me back every single time. Always different, always challenging, mix of strength and cardio, enjoy the benchmarks and specialty workouts -keeps me engaged and motivated. Coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. Equipment is plentiful and in good condition. Variety of class times and I like that it is the same workout (other than Lift) all day so I can choose the time that works best for me and not feel like I am missing out.
That OTF is science backed. Founded by a woman, coaches are extremely well trained. Team mentality, private stations and everyone is treated well and the same. All shapes and ages. Best work outs I have have ever done done. No two are the same.. I have been in the fitness profession for almost forty years and said I would never join a gym again because I can train myself. Well with OTF, I discovered even fitness trainers need personal trainers. I love OTF!
I love that the templates are always challenging and fun. I look forward to exercising for the first time in my life. The coaches and other members create a comfortable and safe environment.
