The motivation of the coach. Alyssa did a great job with proper instruction and getting me through my first Orange Theory experience. The atmosphere, music and positive environment. Knowing how my workout was going through the monitor really helped me push harder to reach my workout goals. Such a fun workout!

I've tried many workouts and gyms. I was looking for a new workout that will jump start me after not working out for a couple of years.
A couple friends and I went to your studio and 2 of us were out of town. It was nice that it wasn't a problem and we were all able to work out together. Our instructor was very friendly and helpful too.
OTF is an amazing workout! I love that it is always different, it is always challenging, the coaches are encouraging and motivating, and inspire me to do my best, whatever that means on that day.
As a triathlete I initially wasn't sure how OTF would impact my performance, but after a year doing both, I can definitely say that my run speed has increased due to the treadmill work, and my overall strength from the classes has led me to fewer injuries and increased performance. My husband has noticed a significant increase in his core strength as well - his lower back no longer hurts after a race or hard training day!
Plus we love our "date night". Tuesdays at 7pm we go to class together. It is such a fun way to stay fit and connected at the same time!
