I love having high energy coaches to make your workout challenging but fun! I also love the music and the special event days like movie trivia and dressing in certain themes.
Everything! It's rounded out to improve cardio and strength. We see different exercises every week to target new muscle groups and keep things interesting. All I have to do is show up and I can work towards my goals at my pace. Coaches are encouraging and helpful to ensure my form is optimal and I'm pushing myself.

I love the coaches! They are all so positive. They will correct you if you’re doing an exercise wrong to make sure you are maximizing your results without getting hurt. They also give praise when they see you knocking it out of the park. I look forward to all of my workouts!
Joy was patient with me (I should have arrived 5-10 minutes earlier than I did) in explaining the machines, workout room routine, etc. i felt great after the class as well as the next day.
