I just have to get to the studio and the entire workout is planned for me and it is always an interesting and varied workout. Post-workout I enjoy tracking my vitals via the heart monitor and email. I’ve seen more progress in my running speeds than ever before.
Very challenging and kind of like personal training but with a small group. I also like that everyone in class is there to improve their fitness levels and work hard. It is fun to workout with all ages and people of different fitness levels and can challenge and push me to give 110%. OTF has definitely improved my running times(outside) and will be a huge benefit in my races this spring and summer. I love my 6am class and really enjoy my coaches Leanne and Greg.
