I loved how comfortable everyone there made me feel! I haven’t worked out in years and was really nervous to get back in to working our, but everyone I encountered was so motivating and helpful. It was a fun environment to work out in and I felt like I actually accomplished something!
The intensity of the work out, and use over all fun of it. I like someone motivating me but not over doing it. All the coaches are fun to work with, point out what we do wrong and what we do right. I also lose over a 1000 calories per class, no other work out gives me these results.
It's an hour, it fits into the schedule, the coaches are great, and you notice improvements happen with the effort you put in. There's always an opportunity to give just a little extra. It's changed my mindset and life for the better!
I am a huge fan of Orange theory and fell in love! You are able to track your fitness goals and calories burned, splat points, and heart rate easily of each class so you can really see your progress. Instructors are friendly and encouraging! Getting in shape was my goal and more importantly gained strength, confidence and endurance. Every class is different; which keeps your body from getting ‘used’ to one workout. I’ve gotten several of my best friends addicted as well! All the coaches are awesome. The best gym is all i can say. Don't miss your workout here.
It’s an awesome supplement to my running routine and has really helped me strengthen my body in ways that I wasn’t doing previously. After 3 months, I can really feel a difference in my running, and I’ve even lost a few pounds in the process.
It’s a great workout for those that love
High cardio impact workouts! Would like to see more strength training incorporated into the workouts. There is way more cardio then strength training. It’s a great workout though!
