The energy is motivating in the gym. Coach Julio, Thea, & Jake were so encouraging and kind when helping ensure me hit our orange zone & correct form for max results.
Julio specifically really made me realize I’m capable of more than I thought. I will say the days I felt discouraged I knew my attitude would change once I was in the gym being lead by him!
Thankful this gym was my first experience of OTF!!
The workouts are coached so I don't have to figure out what to do by myself or with a traditional trainer which never worked for me.
FUN! I almost always have fun at OT- except rowing 1,000 meters :)

It's a total body event nearly every time. They are designed a certain way but often you can modify to meet your needs - like you're extra sore from your last workout so you down grade or maybe you need to build muscle so you go heavier. The design of changing activities keeps it flowing and never boring and they fly by!

I love orangetheory’s variety of workouts. I am one of the few rower lovers so appreciate having that be incorporated. I like that most moves can be easily adapted to a beginner level or made more challenging.
