I’ve been a member of OTF for 2 years now. I love the challenge & family feel at OT Westside. They change up the workouts to keep us going on our health journeys.
The workouts are fast, quick and intense. Some of the coaches are very caring, dedicated, skillful leaders who make their classes efficient, fun and well organized leading to sound results without injuries.
It was a lot of fun, can go at my own pace, and I am excited to continue coming to work out. Love the coaching, it keeps you going and pushing myself. I felt supported and when finished I felt great. No one was ever negative and that really helps. Great place.
I love it because it is a full body workout and you can make it as challenging as you want to. You don’t have to wait for a turn on machines or fight with folks for weights. I also like the class sizes.
I love the coaches, the motivational enthusiasm and the expert guidance they provide! Our studio on the westside of ABQ has a great sense of community and I have developed wonderful friendships as a result.
The workout changes from day to day, is always fun and the challenges are brutal, but so effective!
I love the way the workout is set up for you to succeed individually and focus on your own personal goals with the helpful element of encouraging coaches who take the time to learn how your brain works and push and motivate you in the way that you best personally need
