I like group exercise-it motivates me more. The coaches at OTF Allen are all awesome and motivating every single work out. I like the fact that none of the workouts are the same and in an hour, I am done for the day and feel accomplished
I love the workouts for the most part. The tornadoes seem like a thinly veiled attempt at stuffing as many people into a class as possible, but the workouts are fun those days so I don't mind. The regular workouts are awesome. Every trainer I've encountered has been awesome.
The best hour of my day! I love the ease of scheduling the work outs on my phone. The structured classes with instructors to help, teach and assist. And the mix of cardio and weights is awesome. I do not want to try and "make up" my routine as I go while at the gym. I want a good power packed 1 hour with the knowledge of how many calories I burned, and how hard I worked.
I like the variety and the concept in general. Knowing when I am in the Orange zone by looking at the monitors and by knowing that I need to strive for 12 spat points has really helping me work harder. I feel my workouts are very productive in helping me achieve my personal goals.
I find it's a great compliment to my weight training. The classes are fun and challenging at the same time. All the workouts are very well thought out and presented in a professional manner by trainers who know what they are doing and care about the people they are working with. The front desk is always welcoming and the studio is always clean. It is also nice to see the wide range of people and fitness levels that are sweating and pushing each other to be better every day. Highly recommend Orange to anyone wanting to be a better body, mind and spirit than they are today.
I love the encouraging environment Orange Theory brings to my work out. It's great that they hold you accountable for your workout and I'm impressed at the different work outs they bring each day! Excited about my fitness journey!
