The workouts themselves are different and very challenging/ rewarding. The coaches are amazing and provide an atmosphere of encouragement and the right amount of pushing to help me reach my goals.
I like the rotation of rower, floor, and tread so you're not stuck in one motion. Also like the ability to see my heart rate & calorie burns, and the splats are fun to strive for.
I like the variety of the workouts and the fact that I don't need to think about anything - just show up and do! Coaching and Staff are all amazing and engaged with the members. They say the best workout is the one you do - and as a founding member of OTF Allentown, I can easily say this is the most consistent and best workout I've ever done!
