It is just all-around ideal. I love that all of the equipment is already set up for me and that the workout is already planned. I honestly don't have to think or worry about anything for that hour except for listening to the trainer and pushing myself. I love that when I leave, I feel like - and know! - I have had an amazing workout! And most of all, I love the results. I hit a fitness goal in three months at Orange Theory that I haven't hit in 6 years.
I love the setup and how there were different "blocks" It was challenging and I feel that I definitely pushed myself harder in that setting than I would have on my own. I like the heart rate training and with the numbers being on the tv, that makes you work even harder to stay in t he orange and red zone. I will go back for sure :)
I love the emails, trainers and the workout. Making a difference in my life. I would like to have better music such as 80's day, 90' day, 70's day, hair band day, etc. That would be more fun then the techno all the time.
I love the group atmosphere... the trainer pushing me to push a little more if I have it in me. The trainer making me aware of how long we have remaining within a certain segment of the workout so I know if I can work a little harder. The calorie and heart tracking is the best thing since sliced bread!
