I'm still new to OTF (two weeks in), but what drew me to the workout was the non-routine nature of OTF. I also like that there is someone there to observe/correct your form to ensure you're doing the workouts properly. Lastly, I like the technology. I like that there is a visual to help me track my progress and push myself harder.

I love that the staff knows who I am, I'm not just a number. Everyone is extremely personable, friendly and helpful. The workout is challenging yet doable.

As someone who is not very self-motivated, OrangeTheory is the best workout for me, because it gets me moving the entire hour, the class moves quickly so I don't dwell on quitting and I work to my greatest intensity. If left to my own training devices, I would fail.
