I like the workouts. I feel they are a total body workout - strength & cardio. However I don't like partner workouts. I don't feel that I can compete with people in their 20's, 30's or 40's. therefore many of the people awho attend OT and very fit and athletic. That is discouraging for those of trying to become fit.
I loved the sense of working with my group as a team while still meeting my individual goals. The instructor was patient and encouraging and taught me how to use all the gym equipment. I usually do hot yoga and this worked a whole bunch of different muscles!
