Overall I liked the workout. Would have liked a little more rowing but I guess it was a strength day. Good instructor but had hard time hearing him sometimes. He needs to speak slower I think. But overall a great workout!
I absolutely love and live for my OTF workouts, it’s that “thing" I didn’t realize was missing, but now I can’t live without! For me, it's the unpredictability of the workouts, coupled with the awesome trainers that keep me motivated!
Love the trainers and all the staff, love the workout in general and specifically the variety - for as much as the program is the same (ie. half cardio, half strength) no two workouts are ever the same.
