It's always different, so it's never boring. The trainers are great because they know all of your names, and they push you. I have done every type of workout, from yoga, spinning, boxing, and crossfit. But for me, this is by far the best workout in buffalo. Oh, and it's a lot of fun, I look forward to going!

It's a very encouraging and welcoming environment - from staff and other members. The workouts are never boring and they are creative which make the most of a cardio and strength building in just one hour. I can truly say I am stronger and have greater running endurance so nice starting and I owe loosing my post baby weight to OT! 💪 🏃‍♀️ 🚣🏼‍♀️ 😀

I love this workout! The classes can be done at anyone's fitness level. They are challenging and the trainers make it fun! The studio is clean and inviting. Orangetheory Fitness is the most complete overall body workout that I have ever done and it is done in only 1 hour...no muss no fuss!! It really is the best!

The directive form of the activity. The workout motivates me to want to be there. I am not entering a gym to mimic what other people are doing and thinking it's good for me. I look forward to taking the direction of a professional trainer. Not only am I feeling stronger overall, my mental energy has changed. These workouts have help me focus more on the importance of healthier habits. It's all good.
