Overall I liked the workout. Would have liked a little more rowing but I guess it was a strength day. Good instructor but had hard time hearing him sometimes. He needs to speak slower I think. But overall a great workout!

How it always is different. Coaches are all wonderful. The whole staff is helpful. I do wish there were classes in the early afternoon or even late morning.

It's different every time I go. Everyone is friendly and the trainers show you the right way to do a workout. I'm goal oriented... so having a splat points goal makes the workouts exciting as well.

I absolutely love and live for my OTF workouts, it’s that “thing" I didn’t realize was missing, but now I can’t live without! For me, it's the unpredictability of the workouts, coupled with the awesome trainers that keep me motivated!

Love the trainers and all the staff, love the workout in general and specifically the variety - for as much as the program is the same (ie. half cardio, half strength) no two workouts are ever the same.
