I love the coaches and staff. They are always cheering you on and encouraging you to push yourself. The workouts are different which keeps me from getting board.
There are many great things about the OTF workout. The workouts are always different so you don’t get bored. The coaches are so good at helping you with good form on your exercises as well as making the workout work for you and the intensity that benefits you. Best thing I’ve done for myself was to join Orange Theory. Love it!
The way everyone is encouraging to a first timer who is having a hard time to keep up. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The instructor was very patient and was always willing to help during the class,
OTF has increased my strength, endurance and energy. I haven’t felt this good in years. Love the mix of cardio and strength - great balance. And every coach has been excellent. Form really matters and they’ve helped me with my form on the strength floor as well as my stride on the tread. Overall 10 out of 10!!
I like that workouts are formulated/curated. I don’t want to plan my workouts, just want to do them. The coaches are great and the music is typically good. I definitely push myself more in class than I would alone. The only thing I would change is the class cancellation policy.
At Anderson OTF we are fortunate to have very talented and attentive coaches. They are very good and guiding towards your goals as an individual as well as making you feel part of a team! This is a wonderful environment to be a part of. It is obvious that the entire staff goes above and beyond to be inclusive. This makes Anderson location stand out!
Each time I go there’s always a good balance of exercises that work many different muscle groups. Every class is different which makes it fun. Great instructors and upbeat music too.
