I enjoy the interactive screen that allows me to push myself harder when needed. I have worked out for years and never had that "instant" feedback to know if I was working out to my capacity.

Its 60 minutes of staying completely engaged, being in tune with your body. The instructor coaches you through the entire time giving you more mental strength. I love that it is never the same work out and the music is great! Overall it is a fun, calorie blasting and metabolism boosting work out!

The trainers, Meredith, Jolene and Christie are sincere, motivating, caring, and explain the workout thoroughly; the playlist is getting old; needs updating; I wish there were stretches before the workout (some of the other otf gyms have this); front desk people are great; too much chattering in the workout and people shouldn't bring their phones to the workouts; it's distracting

Each workout is different from the ones before it and the ones to come after it. As such, my body is constantly challenged and my endurance, strength, and cardio performances are always improving. The one hour class is rigorous, but never anything that would put my body at risk. Limits are acknowledged and goals are always encouraged. The coaches are always attentive and truly empower you to be in the workout session for you and your goals. There is no shaming or competing with anyone else. It's always about you and what you want to accomplish. I can't praise OTF enough!

The work outs are high energy and the coaches do a great job of keeping you motivated. They also provide exercises for people who have injuries or due to mobility cannot do the standard

I really like the structured workouts and knowing that when I am done I will have had a great over all workout. I don't think I've ever left thinking it wasn't hard enough. I also like that It is in a group setting but none of the other participants are paying attention to you (since everyone is focused on themselves) so you never feel self conscious. The trainer is there to correct you on form, encourage you or say well done! I love the fact that you can go anywhere in the country and are able to sign up for a workout. I have friends and family who are in different parts of the country who do OT and since all OT's are doing the same workout that particular day it's fun to talk to them about how the workout was (usually hard)! :)

It's different every time so it keeps me coming! It's one of the few things I've done that seems to very obviously work in getting me fitter. I ran a marathon, trained for several months and never really got faster. This is the first time I've been able to runs mile in under 10 minutes!
