Instructors are fantastic and enthusiastic. Staff is super friendly and emanate a family atmosphere. The classes help push me to achieve my fitness goals and I have realized a reduction in my blood pressure after each class.
It’s the best one-hour workout! The coaches are super nice and encouraging! You feel so accomplished when you finish! It’s the best gift you can give to your body and health! I recommend it to everyone I can! :)
Group workout environment, coach feedback (rare, but I always appreciate when they say something), frequent changes in activity which make the hour go by quickly, working multiple muscle groups
Workouts are super challenging in the best way possible. The hour flies by quickly. I enjoy working all parts of my body with the different circuits. The coaches and music are motivating. My stress melts away when I'm there!
I like that it's a guaranteed good workout every time so I don't have to plan workouts. I like the encouraging environment and that you compete with yourself. I also like the all-around healthy vibe - how the instructors encourage recovery, rest, hydration, and eating!
