The workout was great. I now know I have a lot of work to do to get into shape & drop some weight. My instructor Kathy was very good & very helpful. Really enjoyed working with her. A little sore the last two days. I did walk 18 holes when I played golf today.
I love how I don't have to think! When I'm on my own, I'm clueless about what to do, especially when it comes to strength training. I love that I know if I come to OTF 4-5 times a week, I'm going to work a variety of muscle groups and challenge my cardio in different ways, and someone else has done all the thinking for me!
Always different, always challenging, fun people (both staff and class members), usually good music. Efficient use of time (calories burned/hour), conveniently located, easy to schedule classes (although the app could use some work). Overall positive experience.
