I like the full-body workout, the energy of the trainers, and how I don't have to think about what exercises to do while working out. It's all planned out for me and I can just show up and have a good butt-kicking!
It is focused and gets right to it. The interval training mentally helps it go by quick. If you You work hard, you can see results very quickly. With other people there around you it instills a mental push to do your best.
The workouts are hard and they push you! For me it was a much needed change from the ordinary go to the gym and try and figure out what to do that day. An OTF workout leaves you going home with a massive layer of sweat, which is something I like the feeling of knowing I made that hour really count.
I've been going to OTF Apple Valley for just over 2 years and still love every minute! The atmosphere is upbeat, the coaches are fun, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and every workout is different which keeps things new and exciting. You never know what your workout will be until the class starts. I also love that I can get a great full body workout done in an hour and the best part is I don't have to think about what to do because the coaches tell us what to do every step of the way. BEST WORKOUT IN TOWN!!!
I like that The classes are all different. It's nice to come in and just work out. You don't know what you're coming into. It's always a surprise. The coaches are very encouraging, and keep you motivated.
