I really enjoy the format; I have belonged a fitness club since 1984; actually still belong to Lifetime; they too offer a group workout, however OT is superior; I wish I was 30 again, because I would like to come 4 or more per week, but by body is not on board. I appreciate when the instructor corrects my form or acknowledges when my form is correct. I also appreciate options to exercises, since I do have some limitations.
I am very glad I stumbled into OT in April 2014; it truly is a great place to get an effective workout in less then 60 minutes, sweat with friends, and have fun at the same time.
I love the zones and the biofeedback that provides. Knowing that info helps me really push myself. I also love the variety of exercises during the workouts! Joining OT has been such a good decision for me!
