I love the energy of the coaches and that the one hour is a complete workout. One of my other favorite things is that the whole work is figured out. You just show up and put in the work. You don't have to think about what to do. The signature workouts and programs keep you engaged and motivated to continue the fitness journey.

I love the music that is played as well as how supportive the coaches are on a daily basis. It makes going to classes much more enjoyable and motivating.
