Focused high-energy Cross-Training is my wheelhouse and OT brings this with no debate (I am sick of debates still). The qualitative color-based feedback for quick-look coupled with the quantitative post workout tally allows me to gauge and monitor my workouts which is important for a 60 year old geeze who likes to bring-it (muaww)! Whomp, there it is!!
What keeps me going is the fact I can see my heart rate on the monitor and I work a little harder to get it up when I see I am close. I also like the coaches tell us how to do stuff with better form-and they don't make you feel stupid:)
