In over 80 classes I have never had the same workout twice. Also, I like the variety of rowing, floor exercises, and running in each workout. Finally, I like that I show up and the class is led by a knowledgeable instructor so that I don't have to attempt to plan my workouts.
My favorite workouts are those with coaches who have a slower, less wordy, coaching cadence and who also make the extra effort to motivate people by calling them out. My two favorite coaches who exemplify this the most are Amanda and Julian and both are not doing classes at the moment.
Tried out the new Arvada location and felt Thomas actually had a similar style so I may go there a bit until Julian comes back. (Congrats to Amanda who I heard was promoted!)
I hate to knock any other coaching styles because everyone has different motivational preferences!!! But with the Arvada studio equidistant from my house it opens up my options. Is it ok to have 2 home studios and alternate between them?
I love all the couches and the studio is beautiful! The front of house staff is so friendly and overall the community is the best! Feeling strong! Thank you!
I love the way the workouts differ each time with certain predictability at the same time. I also appreciate the heartrate colorcoding system to help me monitor how I'm doing in real time. The coaches are so motivating--both during the classes they coach and when they participate in class with the rest of us!
