I love the adaptability of the OTF program for any fitness level. This is my first workout program in almost a decade, and I was terrified. But the phenomenal coaches, from day one, have helped me make the program work for me, and I absolutely love it! Doesn't hurt that OTF has helped me shed 25 lbs. :)
The workouts are always very challenging and different each time, so I don't feel like it's just the same old thing each time. Coach Josh is very motivating, professional and makes the workout fun, which if my workout is not this then it's a waste of my time and money.

I've only had 1 class so far, but my first class challenged me in a ways that I've never been challenged before, and I've done boxing and crossfit. I feel that it's much safer than crossfit, but offers a great combination of cardio and toning exercises. I wanted to quit after 45 minutes, but the trainer kept me going. The staff at this location is phenomenal!
Every Orange Theory class is different and challenging in a great way. The change in the workouts helps keep me coming back each week - I never get bored. All of the coaches I've had are motivating, informative and approachable. I leave class feeling like I really had a thorough full-body workout and am proud of the changes I'm seeing!
What's not to love?! It's impossible to get bored since no two days are ever the same. At the end of every class you have the greatesr sense of accomplishment because you are always challenged and always improving. I ❤️ OTF!!
