I like the trainers for the most part, let's face it, we all have our favorites and not so favorites, I'm sure it's that way with clients too, LOL. It's all about the communication quite truthfully. I like that I can get in and out in an hour and I'm told what to do. I run almost every day on my own, but I don't do weight. I won't remember what to do and even when I go 6 weeks straight, I may not remember how to do certain things, but the trainers always work with me and never give me grief and that's what I need from the floor/weight room. And better yet, they correct my form.
I am getting older though and the eyesight just isn't what it once was, wait, who am I kidding, I've never had good eyesight, but it would be super great if there was a way to put a screen somewhere in the weight area so I can see my numbers. The numbers to me are a big push, and it's just too darn hard to see it all the way across the room and since that's my motivation, it would be nice to be able to see it. And please always make sure the exercise screen is in motion so I can see what I need to do. Yes, I'm just that bad at remembering from exercise to exercise what I need to do. But that's why I love the trainers so much. They really are good to me. And did I mention the support staff? Amazing folks as well. (Feel free to use excerpts from this comment as I know that I strayed from the original question.) Thank you!!
Everything about it! I have never really been moviated to workout in a gym. I would do it, but it always felt more like chore...until I found 🍊OTF. Between the upbeat coaches, loud music, fast paced workouts, heart rate monitors, and the challenge of the splat points there is No Way not to love it. I find it to be a great way to let off some steam, get fit, and have fun all at the same time .
