I like the partner exercises the most and think this should be incorporated into the class for a longer duration. It was fun to switch between all the different exercises and compete with your partner. I think this could even be improved by making it a friendly competition between pairings to up the ante during the workout.

I enjoy the variety of workouts from endurance to power and strength. The coaches are enthusiastic and enjoy interacting with students. The only aspect that I do not enjoy is the music, need to have more music from Muse, The Strokes, Franz Ferdinand, Interpol, etc.

I love the variety of the workout and I love that I can see where I'm at in terms of intensity. I have a competitive nature (with myself) and so I have become addicted to this concept and really have enjoyed the classes. It incorporates all the things I like; treadmill, rower and weights. My first free class was March 7th Tornado Tuesday. Since that was not the normal format, they offered me to come in for a normal class for free so I came in on March 13th. Although my family's schedule is much more hectic during the school year, I'm excited about the summer as I have a bit more time to dedicate to fitness. I have 2 daughters who have extremely busy travel soccer schedules. I just switched today to the monthly unlimited for the summer and then during the school year in September I will most likely go back to the session packs as my schedule is much more unpredictable. For June, I have attended 10 classes (#11 will be today June 16th) and my goal is to come to class 3-5 times a week during the summer. I'm definitely on track for 5x a week in June. My annual physical is on June 30th and in May I discovered I was 10 pounds heavier than last year due to a very demanding job. So I'm getting back to a routine as I got away from working out for about 8 months due to my job and hectic family schedule. I'm much happier working out and I thank OTF for helping [FIRST NAME REMOVED] get her groove back : )

I love OTF. I love that no two days are the same and that I get a great workout every single time. Grant, Josh and Shayna are great, as is the front desk staff. I've been going to OTF Ballston regularly for a year and have gotten so much stronger and faster.

I like that it's an instructor lead class, but still can be your individual work out. I like that I know I get in burning about 500 calories and doing a full body work out, in under an hour, and I like the different stations and music which makes the time go by faster.

I've done every workout class out there. I want three things from my workout. Cardio, strength training, and great motivation/coaches. Most other workout classes check at most two of those boxes. OTF is the only class I've found that does all three!

I love the variety so I never know what kind of workout I'm going to get. I also like the heart rate monitor - it allows a little extra incentive to push yourself a little harder
