I loved it! I push myself harder when others around me are pushing themselves just as hard. I like that the workout is laid out for me so I can focus on doing the workout and not worry about what I should be doing. Loved it.
I like that every muscle group is worked. And, I like that I can work at my own pace. Coaches are very good about encouraging us to do the best that we can, to look for results in more than just pounds lost and they always have great info about the science of the work out.
