I love the people that I workout with and the coaches. They are very engaging and have become friends! Each workout is a challenge that allows me to push myself.
It pushes me to be better and coach Bekah also pushes me. I love it. I was only ever doing cardio but OTF has taught me lifting is ok and I’m starting to see results.
The workouts are very upbeat and the ability to see your workout data in real-time pushes me to to workout harder. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff truly cares giving pointers and suggesting upcoming events to attend.
Like I've always said, once you start coming to OTF for work-outs, it's hard to stop. The coaches set you up to win and make sure you are using the weights, bands, rower and treadmills correctly, so that you prevent injuries and get the maximum results for the time that you are there. The sense of community is strong, and the friendships made are encouraging.
Just keep showing up and do what you are instructed to do. No need to keep records of what you lifted yesterday, or how many reps you did this or that. Every day is different than the day before, and that's a good thing!
