Love the supervised heart rate monitored controlled workouts. The coaches and staff are Amazing. At age 60, I only wish there more 30-45 workouts which would be perfect for me. Newest research says you can accomplish equally as much in 30 minutes HITT. I bleed Orange- hook em' horns!
I love that it is "worth it". I am a busy mom driving kids and doing homeschool. Working out is not my favorite...but if I can burn 480 calories in one class then it is worth it to me.
I love the coaches!!! They make it fun and are always encouraging. Elly is awesome! She makes me want to try harder and she makes me laugh!
I have never liked working out except for running. Since I had foot surgery and haven't been able to run much in years, I have gained weight and been depressed. I would join a gym and the workouts would be so boring and not very productive. I would always quit. OTF has me enjoying exercise again.
I haven't worked out in years and I was looking for something like a group class at a gym but classes usually end before I get out of work and you guys have some 8:15 classes which work nicely. I work hard and I will have to work hard to fit this into my life but it won't be that hard eventually as I'm already noticing the benefits and I look forward to it. I realize the benefits for Me overall. I have three locations to choose from whether I'm at home or at work which helps. Everyone seems very supportive and genuinely interested in helping me. I'm hoping to meet people for social as I work a lot and don't have time to see the friends I have who are all scattered. It kills me while I'm in there but I can do anything for an hour! And I feel good after and it helps with a variety of my issues , anxiety ,sleep , energy... I just need to show up and follow the pack.I have never been this overweight in my life and I hate it. I have been ignoring it for too long and I'm grateful to OT already after just two sessions. And I got points tonight yay! Thank you to whoever created this kind of program! It's going to work for me. Thank u OT!!🤸
The overall experience was so positive. Even when I questioned myself physically the support from our instructor, Megan and the other people working out made me push myself further and I'm happy I did.
