I love that it's challenging and that there are always options for everyone. The coaches both motivate me and give me important alignment tips to keep my work out safe. I've already recommended it to several people!
It's everything I want/need and nothing I don't in a workout. I thought I wouldn't like - but actually love - that your stats are posted on the screen. You can choose to interpret this as competitive motivation, comparing to other class members, OR you can choose to interpret this as personal motivation, pushing yourself to achieve the stat goals you set for yourself. I love that your level of achievement in this workout is measured for YOUR body and YOUR ability - not some arbitrary universal standard. I love that the floor exercises are illustrated and demonstrated both by instructors, and remain on the screen for the duration of the workout. This minimizes the need to have trainers by your side during your entire workout, but you are welcome to seek the assistance of the trainer whenever you need it. I love that you get a full hour of efficient exercise, and that a trainer takes the planning out of your workout for you. I love that you are motivated to push yourself, but not in an overbearing or off-putting way. It's the best of group exercise class and personal training rolled into one, without all the challenges I associate with both. The music, air circulation and lighting in the room are awesome also. Could not be more excited to join this movement!
