The workouts vary. I like the changes. You have a lot of options for class times.
I really like the lifting and tread addition of classes. I take 1 or 2 of those types of classes each week.
I don't feel judged by my weight or what I wear to class.
I feel the coaches are always approachable and very supportive.
The front desk staff is very nice too.
It is an action-packed, customizable, well-coached, and varied routine each time I have gone there. It keeps my attention and my motivation. Everyone is friendly and encouraging.
The coaches at OTF PC are absolutely fantastic. The lockers and private shower room are such a great utility, and I really appreciate the flexibility in workout schedules. The fact that they understand and embrace different fitness goals and levels of fitness is just awesome. Overall, OTF PC has exceeded my expectations and I'm thrilled to be a member.
I like the whole-body nature of the workout, but also the different workout templates that keep the workout fresh. The coaches are very motivating as well, to push you to giving your best.
It had been a while for me and just enjoyed doing the 50 minutes of tread and being pushed because I am not normally pushed this way. Coach Natalie was fantastic, motivating, highly energetic, and helping me feel included.
