I loved every minute of it. It was challenging, but not impossible. I loved how quickly time flew by and that rotating stations made you forget that you were pushing through intense routines, allowing you to remain motivated/strong for the next station.
Pushes you to go all out but also caters to pretty much all fitness levels. Nice heart rate stats on the screens - they also push you to go all out, help adjust your exertion level as intended, and appeal to both competitive and non-competitive people.
The fitness trainer was amazing, very attentive and inspiring. Great music added to that. But the front desk girls need to be more helpful and understanding. I didn’t feel welcomed from them. It was our first time visiting Rosslyn gym, so we went to the wrong address. We called and let them know that we are running late. We came right at 8.30 but kept hearing that there is a ton of paperwork and that it will take too long. I came to the gym and I want to train first to see if it’s even worth my time. I did and I like it, but I do have hard feelings about front desk. They need to be friendlier and more welcoming.
