I love the work outs! The coaches are all amazing with their different but always encouraging styles. Everyone at the front desk is awesome and makes me feel like family. I love the community that you create. Can't imagine life without OTF Rosslyn (especially Santina!)
i like that the workout changes all the time and thus provides a lot of variety that i would not otherwise get working out by myself or say going to a spin class all the time. The only bummer is that you guys have had a few great trainers that have moved on and I miss them, but that is just life I guess. You still have great trainers there. It's just that i also have liked the ones that have left as well.
Every day it's a little bit different so it's impossible to get bored with the workouts. I can't push myself to do running intervals but I find myself pushing at OTF even on days I think I'm going to take it easy! I love the combination of cardio intervals and weight training. Weight training is extremely important to fitness and frequently overlooked, particularly by women. And every exercise can be as challenging as you want yet doable by any age and fitness level.
I love everything about the workout -- from the excellent trainers/coaches who are great motivators to the treads, the rowers, and the floor exercises, all of which have really helped me over the past nearly three years.
