I have loved OTF from the day I took my first free class. I signed up that day! All of the coaches are nice, professional, encouraging and fun as well as the front desk staff. I have seen my fitness increase greatly in a short time. When I started in January of 2017, I could barely run at 4.5 mph for more than a few minutes and now I can run up to 6.5 mph - 7.0 and have dropped almost 20 lbs! I am hooked and grateful for what OTF has given me.
Full body workout - I get a good sweat and feel like it is pefect mix of cardio and weights for me. I'm done in an hour and always meet or exceed my splat points so I don't feel like I need to do additional workouts. I have spent a lot of money on trainers and gyms over the years but I have been getting so much more out of OTF.
