It's hard, but achievable, and it goes by fast! I also like that it mixes cardio and weight training. I appreciate that after spending an hour there, I know that none of my time was wasted - I used up every piece of energy I had in that 60 minutes.
Pushes me to work hard and do more cardio than I would at a more standard gym. However, The new workouts in the last 4-6 weeks have had more complicated routines especially on the treadmill. They regularly have changes in duration, grade, and time at the same time. These are often difficult to remember, especially for new class members.
I love how the workouts are varied by the day. I'm never bored! The instructors (Joel is my favorite) are very attentive and have awesome attitudes. I always have a blast and look forward to coming to class every week.
Constantly moving and ever challenged! The ability to up the intensity, or take it down is always there and the email after you've finished makes you feel like you really accomplished something. Thanks!
