We are constantly moving. I have been with workout group classes similar and late people hold things up and there is way to much time rolling and stretching before class. I like that I can see my heart rate. Still trying to figure it out though. I will be in red zone and the be at the same speed next round and be way below.
I love how the coaches push me to my highest potential and the personal attention for proper form/technique. I would never be able to push myself that hard or come up with the right amount and types of cardio/row/weights on my own! The music playlists are awesome!
Everything!!! Best workout I've ever had. I'm just getting back into fitness after having a baby a little over a year ago. And I can't remember anytime a workout made me sweat this much (in a good way.) Plus, soreness from muscles I didn't know I had actually felt awesome. Instructors were enthusiastic and amazing. Staff overall was friendly and welcoming. Love, love, love! And have already been recommending to everyone I possibly can. This workout is everything.
I really enjoy the workouts because the trainers or coaches motivate you to try. It's the best one hour workout and I hate over priced gyms. The Arrowhead team has made going so much better. I've always been to scared to go and now I enjoy going. Jenn Grubb is amazing! Brooke and Uriah are awesome. Emily is very good and only had her class once but she is going to be as good as Jenn soon!
These workouts are the real deal for improving fitness! After a year and a half I can say I totally drink the "OrangeKool-aide". The trainers can make or break it though and I believe at Arrowhead they make it better! 💪🏻🍊
