That the workout is intense, one hour and includes cardio and weights. Also that I can go at my own pace or use different cardio equipment when I don't feel like running. Instructors are fun and motivating too!
It's challenging and fun. The trainers are great and the Orangetheory members are encouraging regardless of your fitness level. Orangetheory is a community of people focused on improving their health and hitting their goals.
Orange Theory is the perfect workout for someone who actually wants to improve their health. Too often fad exercise programs don't work....this is not one of them. You get the sense that you are working out with your family who really wants you to succeed.
The OT workout is a great balance between strength training and cardio, and the format of the workout eliminates any chance of feeling bored or losing motivation. The instructors are amazing! They do an outstanding job of keeping the workout organized and on track, while providing individualized motivation and coaching to each person. They are very good at ensuring that everyone is using correct form, and they provide their instruction in a positive and encouraging way.
