It is different every single time I come to class. In addition I like the short time periods btwn stations, you never do anything more than 12-15 mins. The coaches are always high energy and helpful in recommending form corrections when doing an exercise and recommending modifications.
Although it's a class setting, it doesn't feel that way because everyone is doing something different. I never feel like I'm competing with anyone in class. The instructors are both encouraging & motivating. It's great that the workouts are always different because then it doesn't feel monotonous.
