Great workout in a controlled environment. It allows you to push yourself, past what you would probably do on your own. You feel like you are working so hard that on your own, you may back off, but by being able to monitor your heart rate, you can ensure you are in a safe workout zone. As a male, when you can shed around 1000 calories in one hour, what's not to love.

I love the splat points and heart rate monitor because before I took this class, I had no idea really how hard I was working or if I was doing the right things. I love how I receive an email after a work out and it tells me how many calories and splat points I earned. I save those emails in a folder and plan to track my progress.
Orange Theory is one of the best decisions I've made lately regarding my health and fitness. I love that it's a different workout each session and you just never know what you're going to get. It's such a positive environment, where individuals with different fitness levels and goals can go to challenge themselves and never feel judged or disparaged. The staff and coaches are fantastic, encouraging, and always challenging us to be better and to push harder. I'm a born athlete and was completely out of shape when I started in January on a whim. I am now in the best physical shape of my life. I feel strong, physically and mentally, and couldn't be happier.
I am a 62 year old mother and my son talked me into trying OTF. I fell in love! I feel younger since I feel stronger, I've dropped weight and the trainers - well nothing short of terrific! Some of the great OTF features is that you are working in a group so time goes by fast, there is sense of comradery but the same time there is anonymity and you can set your own pace!
