I like that there is a challenging class available at 5:00 AM. I like that there is a coach and that you move around to different stations throughout the workout
I like the motivation from the coaches. They are great with providing feedback and encouraging you to try harder. I always feel great leaving a workout.
I like the demonstration part. I think OT trainers should focus on suggesting the right weight to use and also demonstrating. They do a good job at it already but the more advising the better!
Variety in exercises each session is improving cognitive health. No excessive time spent doing one type of exercise minimizes the risk of overuse injury.
Excellent way to get a full body workout in 60-90 minutes, every class feels rewarding by the end of it. The coaches do a great job of making sure we’re pushing ourselves as much as we can and provide guidance to get the most out of our workouts. The variation between the tread, rower, and floor exercises ensures you’re always on your toes, and makes it so you never fatigue one part of the body for too long. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a guided workout class with a focus on cardio.
It’s so refreshing to be able to enter a gym and get a quality workout in an hour! The best part is I don’t have to think and plan what I need to do, just follow along.
