I like that everyday is different and the split between tread, rower, weight floor- the moving around makes the class go by faster

From the moment you walk into Astor place studio you’re greeted with incredible warmth & welcome. From day one to day 365 & onward. You feel appreciated & welcomed which is fabulous! The coaches are always in fabulous spirits and their cues are spot on. They just make you want to do your best! Although it’s a group fitness class, it’s quite personal, as the coach always listens to what issues you may have at a certain time and tries to modify the workout so that it’s very approachable & doable. There’s nothing better then an OTF workout!

I can do it regardless as to how I feel. If I’m tired I can still come to class but do it at my pace. I also like that I don’t have to think about the workout. Someone tells me exact what to do and makes sure I’m doing it correctly. It’s like having your own personal trainer during a class
