I like not having to think about what to do at the gym every day, I have enough things to plan in my life every week, it's nice that this one thing isn't on my plate also. The coaches are also super motivating and NICE! It's really refreshing to have a cheerleader in your corner every morning. The community is also very engaging, with community wide challenges and meet ups it really creates an environment to make friends.
I like the variety of workouts. I can set my workout intensities, I can push myself or scale back when I need a break. I like being coached in a group and occasionally get feedback if my form is bad. The coaches are awesome and make all the difference - Coach Ci and Coach Staz are my favorites.
