I love it all! The motivation, the workout, all of it. The only thing I don't like is the limited classes. It would be nice to have a 1pm class - sometimes lunch isn't always just from 12-1... that makes it really limiting for me.
I love that it continues to challenge you at all levels. When I started 6 weeks ago as a skeptic, it took very little to get in the orange zone. Now that my fitness has improved, it's pushing me to do more to get in that desired Orange zone and as a result I am losing weight and inches from desired places!!
I love how my usual trainer I go to remembers my name. I actually do not wear a heart rate monitor being that I have a heart condition to where my heart goes too fast. Because of this, I already know when I'm in each work out zone. I know that since I'm not up on the board that it is harder to remember my name. But when I come in for my workout, my trainer makes sure to say "Hello [FIRST NAME REMOVED]." It makes me feel like I have a place at OTF. I love it when the trainers say "Can you give me one more?" or "Can you go faster?" After they say this, I really do push myself to go faster, to use heavier weights. I'm so happy that I decided to sign up to be a part of OTF. It has really made a difference.
I Love the fact that OT is a full body workout everyday with a personal trainer!!! The workouts are challenging and addictive. Also results are seen almost immediately and the performance summary is amazing. I tell EVERYONE ABOUT OT MORE WORKOUT IN 1/2 THE TIME..
