I enjoy the group workout dynamics. It really motivates and challenges me to meet my workout goals. My introductory trainer, Heather, was awesome. She took her time to explain the type of program and workout that was signing up for. She also provided me iwith a detailed one on one tutorial on how to use the machines and read OT charts. But most importantly, I like the fact that I can workout at my own pace and still see results. Yesterday was my first day and today I am sore all over. Yeah!
