I enjoy exercising in a group environment and like high intensity exercise and there are Lots of variety in the workouts also, which helps pass the time and prevents boredom. some friends persuaded me to give it a shot. Now I love it. It's awesome, being able to turn off my brain and have my coach tell me what to do. It's amazing how much of life's BS I can tune out when I'm getting a good workout on a regular basis. I like all the coaches but I have attended mostly coach Layla’s class .. she is fantastic coach. I have joined other gym in the past but never felt like going more than 2 times in a week but here in OT I
like to go all 7 days.. usually I go 5 days a week… it’s been 2 weeks now since I joined and I have started feeling light and energetic. I can’t wait to see results in the weighing scale now.😆

I must admit I have a full gym in my basement, but I did enjoy the group aspect along with the vibe. keep up the good work. I will not be joining but if you let me, I would not mind working out with my friend Tom occasionally.

I love everything about OTF! The coaches, the workout, the music. It is challenging but doable. You can push yourselve harder, or take it easy if you have any orthopedic issues. The coaches will make sure you are using correct form duing the floor exercises and cheer you on during the row and tread block. You will get a full body workout and burn a lot of calories!!
You are guaranteed to have a great and challenging workout. It’s also nice that the structured classes remove the need for you to plan a workout as they plan it for you. And the coaches are great motivators!
