The workout is great and pushes me to run farther and harder and I haven't ran before this. I feel like I get a great workout and I love the heart rate monitors and the immdeiate feedback on the screen. Only thing that I haven't liked is the two times that I have been have been some form of squats. My legs are weak and I am still sore and it makes it harder to run. Hoping this works itself out but for me I have done way too many squats in the two times I have been there.
I love the variety, the intensity. I love that the coaches encourage and push you to your full potential. I like that the workouts incorporate various aspects of fitness-- strength, power and endurance. The workouts are fun, and never the same so you won't get bored!
I like that you really get a work out and you're monitored .They push you to do your best. It's a clean friendly environment. I realized that this equipment isn't cheap but I wish the membership was a little more affordable. It's an excellent program and if I could afford to go there this would be the only gym I attend.
The group setting keeps me less likely to leave the premises to do something else, not related.
My doctor is impressed with the improvements to my respiratory problems. The cardio certainly has improved my breathing, stamina and overall health.
