OTF pushes me to work hard in a healthy way. I'm being pushed to MY capabilities to improve.
The coaches remembering my name encourages me, and they've helped me find ways to modify my workouts to be effective even though I have knee injuries (both knees) and a shoulder tear that I'm awaiting surgeries for. Until then, I'm able to work out and keep myself healthy without damaging or causing pain to those areas. I'm really impressed! Well worth the investment for my health and wellness, and it's just FUN.
I like walking in to the gym not having to think about what I should do or plan my workout. It's already been created for me. I just follow along and push myself! I also like to see my metrics at the end of the workout!
I like the extra push I get from the class that makes me want to work harder. I enjoy the changes from one block to another each class, you always have something different planned, which means a new challenge to overcome. I like leaving class all sweaty knowing I'm getting stronger.
