That is changes every day. That there is a mix of cardio and strength training. That it's 1 hour long. That stretching is incorporated at the end of the workout. That the trainers help you. They customize your workout if you have pain, and they correct your work out if you're doing something wrong.
Some things that could change are the hours. I think there should be classes in the middle of the day during the week, and all day long on the weekends.
Also, I think that each member should have some sort of freebee to cancel at least one class either per month, or per every 6 months. Just some sort of "get out of jail free card" to use at least once, every once in a while.
I use OT as a cross-training piece to enhance my endurance running. Every class is different, so the benefits vary. I also like that novice and advanced athletes workout side-by-side, and everyone gets a great workout.
I love OTF . I have been a member for 3.5 years. I was thrilled to see an OTF across the street from my hotel. The staff was friendly and informative. I like the use of a laminated # assignment for the rower. Prevents conflict. I did not see TRX straps, but the weight workout was substantial. Coach Sean was attentive to all , explained directions clearly, no sound program and visual aids were available across the room. Hats off to Regional Director Michelle who was visiting from California.
