At 58 I’m in the best shape of my life! Orangetheory is all about exercising and strengthening the entire body. My back doesn’t hurt anymore and it’s also a great way to manage stress. The staff greet me by name and the clients of all levels of fitness are there to invest in themselves and improve their health and well-being. Both the variety of the classes and highly professional and trained coaches with great attitudes keep me coming back to the 6:15 AM session at least three days a week. I guess you could say I drank the Kool-Aid! Nothing better than Orangetheory and you are worth the investment!

The trainers are experienced and provide a positive workout environment. The pace is perfect and the HIIT style work out is the best I've ever had. I'm always exhausted afterwards, but never feel it was too much. The trainers are alert to everyone's requirements.

The intensity of the workouts, the quality of the workouts, the knowledgably and friendly coaches, and the great membership people. Orangetheory is a class act! My one criticism is that the OTBeat Burn heart rate monitor is low-quality and inaccurate. I wish Orangetheory offered a high-quality heart rate monitor or allow me to connect my Garmin Venu 3 to the system.

Too many things: 1) the variety of the workouts (and not really knowing ahead of time cause I don’t want to and shouldn’t 😬) 2) the coaches (especially Julia) 3) the playlists (especially when a coach has a clear theme- the time and effort of hitting ‘the drop’) 4) the admin/welcome staff (that know your name and your favorite starting spot number) 5) the visual display of your stats (and the competition it makes me feel) 6) rowing, FTW!
