It’s a great combo of cardio and strength training on treadmill, rower, weight floor. The changing template daily, positive coaching, music and moving at your own pace makes for a great workout!
That I don’t have to think about what to do. If I start thinking about what workout I should do, I will talk myself out of it. With orange fitness I just have to show up. It motivating when the coaches are a bit more personal and give you a shout out if you tried a bit harder or even encouraged you so you tried harder. The music is great ofcourse!
The coaches are very supportive and David always has GREAT playlists. I also tend to come in when Sydney is working- she is also great! Both are always ready to help you modify exercises if needed or to show you the proper way to do an exercise.
The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly both when checking you in and assisting with any needs. It's amazing how many people they remember!
